5 Tips for Clear Skin: What to Drink Before Bed

How many times have you been up all night studying and then trying to wake up early only your tired eyes are blurry and now you can’t focus? It has been shown to help with sleep disorders as well as mood disorders like depression and seasonal affective disorder. The best time to use it before going to bed is during the evening hours.

There are many great products out there that can help people with acne, but a scrub with salicylic acid is the best to clear the skin and maintain healthy pores. This ingredient exfoliates your skin to remove dead skin cells without causing any pain or irritation.

Tip 5: Use Yogurt for Acne

Yogurt is a good food to eat before bed because it has a high amount of probiotics which can help your skin be clearer. You should use regular yogurt and not Greek or “Greek-style” yogurts because they are packed with added sugars.
